I don’t write down recipes unless I happen to have a pen crazy glued to my hand. I like to throw things around, or prop a cookbook open. Plus, spending the past few years recipe testing for the Post Punk Kitchen authors keeps a girl entertained. Every now and then I find something I make a bit creative, or important to write down, or it was intended for a project, or I selfishly think my version stands apart from the 3 thousand other versions on the internet, so that brings us here…
